The location of the job is important. Is the job located close to public transport, does the company provide private secure parking, will there be an issue with long traffic jams at peak hour?

Does the job match your interests and make good use of your skills? At the interview the duties of the job should have been explained to you, so think back and answer yes or not to this question. If your not sure than call the employer and clarify before you make your decision.

Will the job satisfy your expectations and lifestyle? Can you expect to have a balanced lifestyle with this position, are you expected to take work home to complete, are you expected to stay till the work is done?

How important is the role of the job to the company or organization? Does the company depend on this role for a major part of its income? Will there be pressure for you to perform, how much and are your ready to take on that challenge?
