Questions to ask your-self before making a decision on the job offer:

Is this position part of my career goals?
Has the position been explained to me clearly?
Is the position paid on a yearly or hourly basis?
Are the work hours acceptable?
Does the position involve travel?
Will there be an annual salary review?
What is the average age of the current team members?
Can I fit into the team quickly?
What opportunities are there to advance in this company?

When you have considered the answers to all these questions and spoken to you support team, you will be ready to make your decision.

There are different laws and conditions in most industries and its up to you to know them….
Do you know the minimum pay for the industry you are working in?
What safety requirement is required for the position?
How will the company enforce the use of safety equipment?
Under what conditions can an employer terminate you?
Do you understand the working conditions?
Who is responsible for the employer’s equipment?
What meal and other breaks are you allowed and for how long?
How do you know what time to go home?
Do you have to join the union?
What is unfair dismissal?
