What are your strengths / weaknesses? – speak positively about both, we all have them, start with the strengths and explain you have a “lack of skill” when it comes to speaking about the weakness.

Describe your experience in relation to the position – Now is the time to sell yourself!
What sort of salary are you looking for? You would have researched the position and its salary range, matched that against your requirements and ability, and decided on a figure that you’re happy with – suggest a figure that you would need, in order to be enticed to take the position. Be careful not to under sell yourself!
Why should we hire you? – reiterate your experience, knowledge and abilities to do the job. Show your confidence and willingness to work.
If you were to be successful, when can you commence? Be prepared for this; know how much notice needs to be given to your current employer.
